Telephone Services

At Ontario Belting, we have recently invested in a new state of the art telephone system that helps our customers reach the exact person they are looking for. We have an afterhours phone messaging system, that is capable of recording your messages, and transferring them to the right person. We still believe when customers call in, that they will speak directly to our receptionist. At Ontario Belting we are implementing changes to help serve our customers with prompt, up to date telephone service, making it easier to reach us!

Inventory Management

While we continue to explore and add new products to our inventory, Ontario Belting offers a complete line of belting, power transmission products and the tools and expertise required for each product we stock. We ensure our warehouses are stocked for not only walk in traffic customers, on account customers, but customers that are in emergency situations and need their products right away. We have implemented a new inventory system that keeps updates everyday, so we know exactly what needs to be order for our next stock order.

Purchasing Options

When purchasing products from Ontario Belting, we give our customers many options on how payments can be made. The following are excepted payments throughout both our branches:
Mastercard - VISA - Amex - Interac - Cash - Cheque

On-Call Services

Ontario Belting has a 24 hour a day 7 day a week on-call service method. All belting technicians can be reached anytime on any day of the week to solve any belting application problems or emergency installs, etc.
If you have an emergency that deals with any power transmission product we stock - please contact the sales rep in your area and they will be able to help you out.
